Ron Jerla has over 41 years of environmental water and wastewater treatment experience. Ron has worked in both municipal and industrial facilities, with clients in the refinery and petroleum, pulp and paper, chemical and food processing and steel and automobile manufacturing as well as pharmaceuticals. Few can equal his extensive technical expertise-and clients recognize his extensive hands on real life experiences are a valuable asset.

Ron Jerla worked for a 41 billion dollar company, Suez that is the word’s leader in water and waste treatment. He was manager of Environmental Services in the Industrial Division. He led a team of Environmental Service professionals who supported 350 sales reps in the United States. He provided water and wastewater technical training and technical audits to North America and parts of Europe. His onsite expertise consistently helped deliver solutions to customers to solve problems and avoid costly upsets as well as prevented permit violations.

After a stint as an Air and Water Pollution Control Engineer at Niagara Falls, Ron worked his way through Ondeo NALCO.

On has always pushed for innovations that will keep his clients in front of their markets. Coupled with his responsibility for developing total system mass balance computer modeling for wastewater operations, Ron also helped develop significant advanced control system tools.

Ron at one time worked at Occidental Chemical in Niagara Falls, NY as an Air and Water Pollution Control Engineer.

Some areas of significant expertise are in Antifoams, sludge thickening and dewatering, biological activated sludge systems, solids liquids separations, operations and control, steam and power generation, primary and secondary wastewater treatment. By using his business skills and technical expertise, Ron can typically troubleshoot and optimize a system and many times significantly reduce the total cost of operations while increasing efficiency and reliability.
